Written by After hard work from race director Grant Kuneke, good news was finally announced to public. There will be new Challenge race in South Africa – Challenge Cape Town. Race will be hold 6th of November 2011 and it will be true challenge for all the athletes – cold ocean water, windy and hilly bike course and hilly running course. But with breathtaking scenery this race is definitely must do! Hope to see you there:)

Sick :(
In last couple of days I practice really well how to do nothing, watch tv and read lot of books. Not that it is what I like but unfortunatelly I was down with pretty bad sinisitis and antibiotics. Antibiotics has always same effect on me and it is to make my body completely weak with no energy, when even walk to the kitchen feels like I just run marathon. It was long time since I was sick for such a long time. Hopefully this forced rest will help me to get through my training till rest of my season.
I was planning to do Triathlon Samui end of the April but due to very bad flood and broken roads, triathlon had to be cancelled. Damaged look very bad as you can see on the picture attached.
WIth my next race going to be Ironman Brazil at the end of May, I still have two months for getting back into shape and fitness.
